Arkansas - My neighbor hired someone to mow their lawn last fall. The guy mowed the lawn using the neighbor's riding mower. He had the mower desk set very low and hit some rocks throwing a chip through my vinyl siding, creating a hole a couple inches across. Who is responsible for reimbursing me for the repairs? The neighbor, or the hired hand? The neighbor has been given an estimate for repair from my contractor, but is not paying.
