A former client, a LLC,-all my dealings have been with the CEO, Its a pretty small place. He owes me for a bunch of work I did for him. Invoice past due etc.

Im going through the paper work and it asks, suit on notice or a suit on accounts?

I tried asking the court, they told me to 'google it', google results havent cleared up the matter.

anyone know if its suit on notice or suit on accounts?
thanks
