What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NORTH CAROLINA

I WAS PROVIDED A NOE BY LOCAL COUNTY (WAKE) SHERIFF TODAY. HE LEFT A NOTE W/THE NOE CHECKED AND ASKED THAT I CALL HIM. PLEASE ADVISE WHAT THIS MEANS?

It means to call the sheriff's office. Let us know what they say. You may need legal advice upon knowing what the issue is.
