What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?The company that I work for has for years been offering opt out money for not taking their health insurance,your required to sign a opt out paper ,the payments are supposed to be deposited in your account like your weekly check except every quarter through the year.I have opted out for the past 4 years and never received a dime and this year I asked why haven't I received any money I was told they lost my paperwork for this year and its to late they won't give it to me! I have asked around to other people and I'm hearing they got the same excuse!What laws can help me get my money and the hundreds of others they have cheated?
