Out of State Question

What is the name of your state? Indiana

On December 11, 2004 I sent $850.00 to a Flordia resident for a laptop via PayPal. The seller has ceased all contact with me and I have never recieved the product. Is it possible to sue her in my own county, since that is where the debt was incurred.

Yes I have, I am still awaiting an answer. But I want to be ready to take further action if I need to.

Did they buy it through Ebay?

Did you sell it through Ebay? If so, they also have a resolutions department.
