Someone owes me about $300, and although I don't have receipts, I have some verifiable evidence: instant messages in which he said that he owes me "about $200." When I saw him last, he admitted that he owed me the full amount, but I can't prove that.

The problem is that he keeps prolonging paying.

Should I take him to small claim's court? Do I stand a chance of winning?
