Ownership Registered in Two Names

Maricopa County, Arizona.

I just wanted to know If a warrant is issued to sieze my horses for payment, can the sheriff come take my horses if they are registered under two names.

example:

first name: person being sued.
second name: someone having nothing to do with lawsuit.

That would be considered fraud most probably and the assets could still be seized.
