What is the name of your state? vermont

I currently am paying back via wage ganishments approx 4000. I recently found the claimant is adding interest to the passed judement amount. Can this be done? It says no where in the order, 4000 + interest. I feel I am getting screwed (even more) in this deal.

Are you sure it was interest? You sure it wasn't the court cost. Some times a person is hard to get and the baliff is used to help track down a person for more charge. If you are sure it is only interest I would file an appeal or take the person to small claimes court for the interest amount.
