What is the name of your state? Arkansas

My husband and I leased a house together. Upon moving out the very old hot tub had to be replaced. The landlord sued my husband (he was the only one named in the small claims suit) for $5000 and won. My husband and I seperated shortly after that and he is living out of state.

The landlord is now trying to sieze all property (automobiles) we assessed last year for tax purposes. My estranged husband only owns one vehicle and we have one financed together. Everything else is mine. I have one vehicle with the title in my name only and one vehicle in mine and my sisters name. Can these be siezed for payment of the debt?
