Hi im from nsw.australia,
i was pulled over by the police ,
he walked to my car did not walk around the car,
and i have to display 2 "p" plates
however one had fallen off the back but one was still on the front.
he come back to the car and issued me with a fine reading "no p plates.
it carries 2 demerit points and now i am due to loose my license because of this.
is it worth taking the matter to court?
there were 4 other whitness's in the car who can all provide written statements of this incident,
and help would be great
