harassment/invasion of privacy?

i was notified of a website listed as [www.mydeathspace.com] on that page there is an article of my brother (who is now in prison for murder) and they have pictures on there of me and him. i was a minor in the picture when it was taken. also i want to know if its legal to post stuff about other people without consent.

You do know that pictures are taken of you all the time ~ without your consent, right???

this picture was taken by myself. but it was on my myspace. i know it sounds rediculous. but everything was and still is set to private unless they are 'my friend' on it. they took the picture off of myspace and put it on this other website so people can criticize me.
