i used to live with an ex, we hadan apartment in MY NAME due to his credit.
Well, we split up and he told me BEFORE we signed the papers that he wwould pay half of any damages, we have a verbal agreement. well, here we are 2 years later, and nothing! I am starting to get letters from the apartment management and it has already screwed up my credit. I called and asked him and his newgirlfriend hung up on me. How do i begin civil litigation??
