Is an attorney necessary to file suits in small claim (Civil Division in Cook County) on behalf of a 3rd party LLC regardless of the number of suits that you will be ultimately filing?

A: Yes.

However, I have seen non-attorneys representing business entities in front of very lax and lazy judges.
