I was served with a small claims suit last night. after dark (9:30) a woman (process server)showed up on my porch. My children answered, and she gave me some papers after asking my first name. Served right?
I have two driveway entrances, both have "Private Property, No Tresspassing" signs posted to trees immediatly ajacent to the driveway at the public easment line. She drove in one and out the other.
Was this proper service? or did she commit trespass? Does it matter?
