I won a small claims case in NY. The defendant owes me $500 and she refuses to pay. I am attempting to serve a property execution on her bank account, but the sheriffs office told me I need to file additional forms besides the property execution. Is anybody familiar with the claim exemption form and exemption notice for NYS?
