Ex Husband left last May. He left an abandoned van here and has promised to get it out. Well I am now being threatened with eviction from my landlord if the van is not moved. Ex refuses to do so. Junkyard wont take it as I do not have the title and it is not in my name. Can I take him to small claims court to force him to give me the title or have the van removed?? Can I sue him for storage fees?/ I have written him NUMBEROUS times about this and he choses to ignore this...
