:confused:Hello, I am in Florida and my sister is being sued by her creditors. They want their money for unpaid credit card debt. If she gets a judgment or lien against her, I know that they can't take her primary residence or her car. BUT, Can they go after her motorcycle? It is in her name only. Can I get myself added to the title and be protected? Can the creditors go after and attach jointly owned property? Thank you, I really need some help on this. Sincerely, Erik
