What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Illinois
Long story short, I placed an order for a custom guitar back in Febuary. I was told 10 weeks, it's now the middle of October. I am unsure if my local county court will have juristication . I ordered this over the internet, can I sue in my home county? How do I go about getting the summons served as he is out of state? Do I need to contact his police department for that? Do I have any other options for goods not received?
