What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Kansas

I paid someone to finish my quilt and it was done wrong. She refuses to fix it or refund my money. What can I do?

You can file a small claims case for the amount of your damages (the amount you paid her to fix it and/or the amount you paid someone else to correct her issue).
