What is the name of your state? Wisconsin

My former Real Estate Broker has kept my commission owed.

I was advised to report him to the state and Board of Realtors but as far as commission is concerned I should take him to small claims.
I was told I may be able to sue him for "double the damages"
Is this true and can I have more information regarding this matter.
My broker does not have a leg to stand on in this. He will be more surprised
that I have followed through in this, instead of just moving on like most.

Any advice would be much appreciated. I have stayed well organized in this situation and have notices and statements from everyone involved.

Please help!!!

Me against HIM!!

You can sue for anything you want... however, unless the court awards you some special damages (punitive, exemplary, etc.), you won't get more than your actual damages.
