Reason for Filing?

What is the name of your state? Texas

When filing the paper work in Small Claims Court it ask for "Reason for Filing". Should this be a brief statement such as "Reimbursement for unsatifactory Work" and thats it or should an attachment be included that throughly describes the claim?

Reason for Filing

Just make a short statement of why you are filing such as the work was defective and how stating date, names, etc. It just should be just that, the reason why you are filing a claim.
