What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? New york state, county of monroe.
I recently won an arbitration award against my old landlord, the case was on 12/7/10 and the award was made in my favor on 12/8/10 she hadnt contacted me at all to resolve this issue (pay me) so i sent her a certified signature required letter with a copy of the award order, she recieved it yesterday 12/20/10 , now she has until 1/13/11 to file a trial de novo (appeal) or pay me, i suspect she wont be paying me or filing an appeal, im wondering what my next steps are if she doesnt pay me by that date
