My wife worked for this guy on an add he wanted to submit to a magazine for publication. she worked 22 hours. they emailed constantly back and forth revising the ad. we have the written emails printed out there. once the work was completed, my wife told him to pay her first and then she would hand over the files. he refused to pay, even though the work was ready to be sent to the magazine. He says they had an agreement that once the magazine accepted the ad as something they could publish, that he would pay her.
