If I am getting suied in small claim court, the charges are frivilous, Since I CANT get back my travel to court expenses, CANT get back lost work time expenses is there anything I can possibly recover? The stress factor, anything? In my eyes this is still like loosing, $200 bucks for work and like 50 bucks to get to court, because some illogical individual thinks you have done him wrong.
Or is this a SUCK IT UP type of deal where you just get screwed for a days time and that is that?
