What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? TX

We are suing in small claims court and the defendant has their auto insurance co's attorneys representing her. We are representing ourselves.

We were sent a Request for Disclosure and we answered.

We sent a Request for Disclosure to the attorney and have yet to receive a response. It will be 30 days at the end of this week. What do we do if they do not answer?
