I stored a 35mm feature film I made and stored it at a former friend's house. We had an argument on another subject and he now is angry at me and does not answer any emails nor phone calls. How can I get my film back. I don't want to go to his house as he might toss the film out or damage it some other way. Is there an officer of the law that could accompany me or even go to get it?

What did the police say when you asked them this question?
