We have won our small claims case, it was appealed and we won again. What is the next step in getting our property returned? It is a flatbed trailer. He was court ordered to return the property and still has not done so. They say that we can find the trailer and legally take it but we still cannot find it. He has either sold it or hid it somewhere. What other action can we take?
