I just obtained a small-claims judgment against a defendant in Rhode Island, however the defendant (a marketing agency doing business as a d.b.a - assumption since I can't find any documentation of her being incorporated) disappeared so the sherrif was unable to deliver the court's execution ordering her to pay me. Is there anything I can do? I have the defendants home address and she is twittering online about upcoming events she's either planning on running or attending. The woman who owns the agency has a past record of being brought to court by independent contractors/freelancers like myself.

Any advice greatly appreciated.
