Right small claim court?

How can I find out the right JP court?


Justice of Peace courts are in Texas State.

There are cities name Arlington in 12 states. Are we suppose to guess the one you are in?

Justice of Peace courts are in the State of Texas .
I am after the general rule how to choose the right JP court. In this case the defendant lives in Arlington, Texas but there are two JP Courts.
