I am the only person signed on the lease and I paid the entire security deposit. I have been asking for 1/3 the deposit for 6 months now and he cannot pay it as well as afford to move out. He refuses to move out and says I cannot make him move out. He does pay rent when he can. I have future paying roommates who are waiting for him to move out. How can I legally get him to move out? I really don't want his $400 now.
