I have paid my landlord the amount of the judgment but the property manager doesn't want to give me the letter of satisfaction. She saying cause i owe the month of octobers rent she can't give the letter.She claims i have to have a zero balance to the property. Their attorney will not return my phone calls. I don't know what to do to get this letter of satisfaction.
