What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California

Can a government agency's office (SSA) be sued in Small Claims Court?

The Social Security Administration is a federal agency and would have to be sued in federal court. A case filed in small claims court will not be "removed", it will be dismissed based on lack of jurisdiction.

I have sued federal agencies in state court for violations of state law. They remove them to federal court. And if I recall, you cannot object to the move in federal court ... once the Attny Gen. office files an affidavit, thats it, removal is warranted.
