What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California:)
I paid for work to be done on a car at the body shop. They failed to fix the problem and won't refund any money after they received my demand letter. The shop is owned by a corporation.
I took the corporate agent's address from the Secretary of State's website.
I attempted service on a corporation using the Orange County Sheriff. They sent me a notice that they couldn't serve my complaint because the agent's address was a post office box.
How do I serve the agent and get the case started?
