I hired a company in Marietta GA to do a software for me.
I had to pay them in parts.
The deadline was in June 2010
They did not meet the deadline.
Payment were made in march, april, may and June 2010.
My credit card company reversed the June 2010 payment because it was within 90 days, however the first 3 payments which total $1250 can not be reversed.
After they were 3 months past their deadline we had to fire them and hire someone new.
We are a student run company and this cost us x5 our budget.
We want to recover the $1250 we paid them for the service they did not deliver.
