What is the name of your state? WI

I sold my house in Minnesota in December 2002. On the purchase agreement I signed I was to pay the buyer $5000 toward a new air conditioner. This was somehow looked over at closing. Now I got a letter that the buyer is bringing me to small claims. What are the odds I get out of this.
