I bought a car from a small dealership on May 5th. The cars engine siezed on the 29th, and the guy(the owner of the dealership) took it back for repairs, up untill last week it STILL was not fixed and i want my money back and hes bs and i want to know if this is enough to take him to court. plz any help would be amazing
