Small claim on ebay contract?

What is the name of your state?Texas

Someone bid on a car from me and the total price was $5500. They backed out with no reason. And ebay is a legal binding contract. If I take them to small claims court for a 5000 dollar claim and I win and they pay, do they get the car for 5000?
