I want to make a small claim in Houston Texas, I did a job for an Attorney, It was a computer related work in his office, He called me after few months to fix his network. I did , he owns me $ 250, I want to get that money without spending more money in hiring a lawyer, I would like to know how can I make an small claim?, do I need to send him a certified letter first asking for the payment?
