What is the name of your state? Oklahoma

was taken to small claims and was unable to beat the case do to witness not showing, judgement was past plus 1/2 court cost, if i pay my share of the court cost and not the claim what may happen?

you are under a mistaken impression that the two are not related. Sorry, but court costs are a part of the judgement and if you don't pay the entire thing several things can happen, not the least of which is that the winner can seek a judgement lien on your home, your business or just about anything of value you own.

And I'm not even going to consider what the judge will do to you if you have the means to pay and just don't want to.
