My ex-wife filed for divorce, the papers were faxed to me for signature & notary. The divorce was paid for by my ex-wife. Uncontested, no money involved.
Now she is filing small claims saying that I owe her for half the divorce, filing fees and money that was spent the three days we were living as man & wife.
How can this suit be, can anyone just file small claims without proof of anything?
I am a disabled veteran & am raising three grand kids alone, can she just take what she wants?
