In a small claims action where a plaintiff is asking for a money judgement,and I countersue..does a commisioner have the authority to order that I give up personal property,ie,a vehicle....if he finds in favor of the plaintiff?? in other words...if the verdict says pay plaintiff $700.00 and turn over vehicle in my possession,does he have the authority to order me to turn over property?? like a vehicle??
