I recenly filed small claims suit against my son(who lives in Indiana). My question is-Can I also file against him in his home county of Allen County-Ft Wayne IN?

No. You can only file in one location. Depending on the reason for the lawsuit, you probably would have been better off suing in his home state. If you win your lawsuit, your Ohio judgment will be worthless in Indiana when it comes time to collect.
