What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Texas

Having to go through a trial without representation due to financial ability.
Couple of last minute trial questions if anyone would be so kind to help a consumer in need.
I have subpoena a witness to court that is vital to my case, what is she doesnt show? What can I do?

Also, she wrote a statement that is vital to 90% of all that happened because she actually worked for the company that I am taking to court, can I have her read her own statement in court in which she proves or states all the things the company did wrong in my situation?

And in Texas will small claim judge award, loss wages, travel expenses and emotional damages if I prove some or all?
