What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CT

I am currently thinking about taking a used cars dealership to small claims court for not honoring the mandatory CT warranty on used cars.

In order to make my decision I would like to understand what the worst case outcome could be. I know that I would have to pay the court fees, but those are negligible. What I couldn't find any information on is the other parties attorney fees.

If i sue that company, they hire a lawyer and I lose my case, do I have to pay for their lawyer? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
