indiana is an is state for private auto sales. We are going to court 6-21-06 for a vehicle we sold with no implied or written warrany. Aprox 24 hours after sale they started to call when they experienced problems. We told them it was their responsibility after sale. I understand that this is "case law" that applies to private vehicle sale. I am looking for some legal written advice somewhere to assist us on this matter.
