What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state? Missouri

My husband lost a case in small claims court and has been making payments on it. He has passed away - am I liable to continue to pay for this case? The case was in his name alone - I am the sole survivor and beneficiary.

The judgment creditor can file a claim against the estate of the deceased judgment debtor.
