What is the name of your state?CA

I successfully sued in Small Claims court (most of what I requested plus costs) and am now trying to collect.

My question however, is how will this judgement appear on the defendant/debtor's credit reports? Do I need to file or report something somewhere or will it "just turn up" in some search that the reporting agencies do?

Thanks so much! :)

Sometimes they (credit reporting bureaus) will pull from public records, sometimes they won't. You'd have to contact them about putting it on the report otherwise.
