What is the name of your state? SC

I have a case going to small claims court on August 21 and I just found out that he has a witness. Do I have the right to know what he is witness to? The defendant is holding a vehicle that it titleld and registed to me. He claims that my deceased brother gave it to him as payment for a debt.

You could have deposed him, but it is too late for that now. Go to court and be enlightened by his testimony.
