i lve in michigan, im selling this guy a crashed gsxr 600 sreet bike. its been 5 week and no $$$. he said that we needs another month.he has the bike but i have the title. i have taken a kids dirt bike as down payment for the bike, still no $$$$ what can i do about this? wait another month? take him to court? i dont really have the money to go to court. any answers will help thanks.
