Two years ago I loaned a co-worker money for a down payment to purchase a home. She has been coming up with numerous excuses when it comes to paying me back. I would like to know what the statute of limitations are when it comes to small claims court?

It appears to be 4 years for an oral contract and 6 with a written one.
